And now, akonadi-1.13.0 also passed the test. Problem was with boost:
$ porg -dd boost gcc

That means: boost-1.58.0 was compiled with the *old gcc-4.9.2*, and all
c++ packages need to be recompiled, because I installed gcc-5.1.0 with
the new ABI, and gcc-5.1.0-2 with the new fixes from (B)LFS.
Now,
$ porg -dd boost gcc akonadi
07/24/15 19:57 akonadi-1.13.0
07/24/15 19:49 boost-1.58.0
03/07/15 17:26 gcc-4.9.2
04/27/15 10:30 gcc-5.1.0
07/05/15 14:05 gcc-5.1.0-2
I think cmake-3.3.0 will be fine.
