Yes, you are right. Can you fix it please. There was a bz2 version and
a gz version. The gz version needed autogen.sh and at the last minute I
changed the book to the bz2 version.
FYU, I can't find the gz version with autogen.sh. If somebody has the
URL, please I would like to know.
I got it from github. However, I'll fix it. It's already in my sandbox.
