It's easy enough to update that page to go to the most recent version. I can
do that quite easily. I've already tested it in my sandbox. Do you want me to
commit it?

well, the link I am talking about is the one changed at commit 16519:
OK, I remember now. It was a part of cleanup and I didn't realize it
changed the actual text in the book. It really didn't make much sense
to have the entity, blfs-bootscripts-download, in general.ent. Perhaps
at one time it was used in multiple places.
