What kind of nvidia card do you have? A common report in the bug reports that were in previous mails were related to multiple monitors. I might upgrade the video card in my development machine and see if I can reproduce the when I get around to building Plasma 5 (hopefully soon!). On the other hand, the lack of involvement on the Qt end is interesting. I don't think any of the patches in that Qt bug report actually fix the problem. Hopefully they produce something before Qt-5.6 or at least backport the patch. Douglas R. Reno
