Ah, maybe 'The following five sections of the book' is referring to the
list in the same sentence, rather than the book-seq sections following
the 'present' (ALSA-1.1.0) page.
But that would still leave the 'plugins' (perhaps curiously-) unaddressed?
It will be fixed in my next commit.
