Hi,
The iso_xxxx.xml files are not provided anymore in the iso-codes tarball
since version 3.68.
These files are generated during the Make phase but in order to do that,
python3 is required (the configure script does not detect if python is
present).
So, python3 should be added as a required dependency for iso-codes-3.68
in BLFS book.
