qtwebengine, not qt.
I was thinking about name shown in the links from the package(s)
using it. For qt webkit we download a separate tarball, but for
qtwebengine we will probably be using the qt5 tarball.
Since qt5 is obviously a dependency of qtwebengine, the user would already
have the qt5 tarball, but yes, just list the tarball in the download
section. A short note would be appropriate.
For other packages, we would just have the dependency tree:
qupzilla
qtwebengine
qt5
