I am proposing the removal of WebKitGTK+-2.4.11. Currently it is only referenced in two places: midori and gimp.
In the midori instructions, we already bypass 2.4.11 so the removal there will only require some minor text changes. The comment we have now are out of date.
In gimp, the help system depends optionally on WebKitGTK+-2.4.11. If it is not used, the system browser is used.
