Just a note.
The urls we have for docbook-utils and sgml-common were both at
ftp://sources.redhat.com, but redhat has taken that site down.
I have rehosted the files at anduin for the book, but we will have no way
to know if these files will be updated. The probability of update is
very low since they have not been updated since at least 2005:
