Maybe I'm too fast with my complaints again and this has already been
adressed, but I noticed the change in nfs-utils 2.1.1, to install
programs in /sbin instead of /usr/sbin, by adding
--sbindir=/sbin \
to the ./configure step.
To install the nfs-server init script, the page then references
blfs-bootscripts-20170611.tar.xz
I have downloaded and checked the nfs-server script. It still refers to
/usr/sbin/exportfs on line 56, 62 and 93, which now should read
/sbin/exportfs.
