I meant to say that I was considering this issue last week.  My plan is to
create individual configuration scripts for each package that needs
configuring, and then break from the build and run the configuration
script, before returning to the build sequence.  Let me say straight up
though that I don't use jhalfs so I don't know how it would fit in with
running that.  Maybe it wouldn't work anyway; I don't know as I haven't had
time to give it much thought.  The other thought that I had is to finish
the build and then run all the configuration scripts sequentially.
