(GTK+3 has been updated several times since the last update of glib2,
September 12th). Do you have a special setting (sorry if you have
already answered this question, I can't remember...) on your system?
I'm not aware of any 'special setting' - no magic buttons here!
But I've noticed that it's been happening since Python3 was placed in LFS.
I do reinstall Python3 once tk is installed because this provides support for
IDLE3. That's the only recent change I can think of.

I have no trace of gdbus-codegen in my gtk3 logs. I'll try a build of
udisks2 to make sure (last time I did build it was before the last
update of glib).
