I've just got to the end of building a test system (BLFS as at 16th
October), mostly checking that my own scripts have been updated for
changes in the book.
The last thing I built was sddm (0.16) - no problems with the build,
or with my own theme, and after rebooting it works.
But before I rebooted I went to a tty and tried telinit 5. I got
the message that it was starting sddm, but nothing obvious happened,
sddm was indeed running but my Xorg desktop from startx was still
running. Odd, so I'll just note it here.
