I found one other issue with network-manager-applet. The option,
-Dlibnm-gtk=true, is not needed because it is set true by default.
Actually what we have now is wrong. We have -Dlibnm-gtk=true and it
should be libnm_gtk (underscore, not dash).
I removed the option because, as you say, true is the default.
