Non-editors read that guide ? Thanks, fixed at r19682.
Fortunately, when firefox-58.0 goes in, that will become historic,
both firefox-58.0 and the new librsvg (which needs a current version
of rust) will be ok if taskset -pc [ 4 CPUs ] $$ is used on a bigger
machine.
