I've added poppler-0.64.0 to my build, because new versions have
caused problems in the past.
In _my_ build order, the first breakage from this is in libreoffice
(before the ICU stuff which Pierre has just fixed):

I assume the simplest workaround will be to just disable system
poppler, but I'm going to take a break from the build - got to get
my head around tiny lisp (script-fu) again, and then I'll probably
build current texlive svn to see if poppler-0.64.0 breaks that too.
