[blfs-dev] Archiving IcedTea-Web

[DJ Lucas via blfs-dev]

Does not build with Java 10. I might be able to hack it up, at least for 
JavaWS, but the plugin is dead in the water ATM. As much as I don't want 
to do so, any objectons to archiving it for this release?
