Hey folks,

I'm mostly detailing these so I don't forget by the time this system is
commit-ready, but if anyone else gets to them first, please - feel free to
fix them.

Libevdev: The test suite can and will put a system capable of suspend to
sleep. I got blindsided by this, and because I don't have full ACPI support
until kernel 4.19.x ships out, I had to reboot the machine as it didn't
come back up properly. I think a note needs to be added to the test suite
instructions to specify that this happens.

at-spi2-core: The 'memory' tests fail if the at-spi2-core service is not
running, meaning that either a previous version must be present on the
system, or 'ninja install' needs to be run first.

OpenJPEG for some reason isn't installing ANY libraries after adding
-DENABLE_STATIC_LIBS=OFF. If we are that picky about static libraries, we
should just remove it manually.

Poppler 0.6{8,9}.0 breaks Inkscape, and a patch needs to be generated to
fix it.

I'm sure I'm going to end up finding more, this build has been good at
pointing out flaws in my existing build order.

Have a good day!
