This module seems to be maintained by another developer:

2) UPower
For over a year UPower has been maintained through GitLab.

Current version is 0.99.9 (BLFS book as 0.99.7)
3) LVM2
Development seems to still be maintained through GitHub, but the
release tarballs haven't been listed on the GitHub page in a bit.
Here's where I download the tarballs:

Latest version is 2.03.02 (BLFS book has 2.03.01)
