Doh, can't type!  If anyone has installed 1.32.0 with SYSTEM llvm,
rebuilding with SHIPPED llvm makes it unusable.

(Actually, everybody already knows that I can't type.)

So, blow away the old cargo and rust progs, rustlib, docs, ~/.cargo
(the docs and .cargo are just to save space so your backups will be
smaller).
