Seems a bit short. Do you have an older Qt5 installed ? You've maybe said, but I've forgotten). This looks a bit like a *webengine* problem I had in 5.12.0, which was caused by having an older version of the relevant library installed, and fixed by breaking the symlink. Apart from that, I think you said you were using a 4.9 kernel.
