I did that about a month before the release, on a machine I'm no
longer using. Ran my tests on TL2019-pretest (binaries) on Sunday,
discovered no font suitable for korean was being detected. Now that
I've spent some time looking at it, I think I'm too incompetent to
do anything except brexiteering.

Apart from highlighting that the previous "fix" was broken,
everything ran - but the 3D asymptote test ("cylinder") gave me a
fright because it was so slow, as if burning one core - the BLFS
from-source builds have't seemed to be quite so slow.
