colord reports:

man/meson.build:6:2: ERROR: Problem encountered: Cannot build man pages without
docbook-xsl-ns
But I have ALL of the docbook packages (and they haven't changed
since 8.4, have they ?).
For the moment, going with the book's -Dman=false, but thinking
seriously about giving up.
