I installed alsa-utils-1.1.9 but still the error, I configured it with
./configure --prefix=/usr \
--sysconfdir=/etc \
--localstatedir=/var \
--disable-bluez4 \
--disable-bluez5 \
--disable-rpath \
--disable-tests
The following should fix this.

Are you sure about this Wayne? The only file that changes is po/pt_BR.po.
