Whelp, in diffing I found a couple of missing commits. *Now* it's up to
date. Sorry for the mishap.

Also let me explain about the strategy. Of course we want the -dev book
to be as accurate as possible all the time, but I expect that changes as
large as this will result in problems. That's why we are dedicating the
entire month of July to testing. During that time we will be adding new
versions of packages, but also building all the old ones, fixing issues
as we find them.
