I think _I_ have to apologize here: the correct switch is indeed --with-system-gpgmepp, which was added at rev 21529, but I later got a short brain damage (something like, Doh, I thought I had already added this option, but it is not there), and added --with-system-libgpgmepp at rev 21562 (see the "lib"?). Of course, I soon realized that it was wrong (configure failed with "unknown option"), and reverted at rev 21606.
