There are references in:

xincludes/SIOCGSTAMP.xml
x/lib/qtwebengine.xml (commented)
x/lib/qt5.xml (active)
general/sysutils/bluez.xml (commented)
xsoft/graphweb/firefox.xml (active, and pulls in the xinclude)

Lets comment qt5 and firefox. We can leave the xinclude for now. It we don't use it, there is no harm in leaving it in the xinclude directory.
