Thanks Ken. I think that just allows you to pull in the system libwacom.so if you have built it. I tried this but still don't see my device. I rebuilt the kernel since I hadn't installed the modules yet, but most of my kernel settings are set to build in the core. I have a few [M] settings for internet filtering, but not many. I thought maybe I missed one. But if I boot into my old system using the same kernel it works.
