and at the bottom of that is a link to the commit: https://github.com/openjdk/panama-foreign/commit/af5c725b Being github, you might have to paste from the browser (i.e. copy make/common/MakeBase.gmk to {,.orig}, edit the .gmk to make the changes, and then diff).
