I'm continuing to try to build newer versions of firefox when I have
time, and to document changes in the wiki so that the details are
available whenever we can move on to the next ESR series (or
alteratively, when we have multiple versions of rustc in the book).
With 75.0beta the option to enable system sqlite has gone. Oh well,
that will be one less thing to update for newer firefoxes. I
suppose they want to hold on to the revert made for them by upstream
sqlite for as long as possible.
Many years ago there were problems when firefox had a different
version of sqlite from the system version, I hope that does not
recur.
Meanwhile I still cannot compile 75.0b2, but I'vew see similar
problems with early betas a few months ago, so maybe one day it will
build.
