[blfs-dev] Postgresql init script

FYI, we are currently using a mkdir for the pidfile in postgresql 
script. We have a mechanism in place for this outside of the init script 
(createfiles):

echo "/run/postgresql     dir     755    postgres      postgres" >> 
/etc/sysconfig/createfiles

Any objections if I make the change?

Of note, for later, this should be a .d directory.
