[blfs-dev] (I know it's the wrong list) Be careful of binutils 2.36

I found that during the install phase the just installed ld won't run against 
the prior libctf which had not yet been installed.  I ended up with a 
nonfunctional ld and had to recover it from another system and reinstall 
2.35.1.  Now holding off to see what others discover.  I do not see anyone 
reporting a problem on their mailing list at this point.
