Hello. It appears that the URI perl module has a new maintainer. Version 5.08 of the URI module was released a couple of days ago, but is not listed at the site referenced in BLFS. A search at metacpan.org shows that the download location is here:
https://cpan.metacpan.org/authors/id/E/ET/ETHER/URI-5.08.tar.gz I believe that the URL for this module should be updated on the BLFS page.
