Ok, so the BLFS route is going to be to go with the latest stable releases, and patch anything that doesn't handle the new APIs? Sounds fair enough - according to David Z on the HAL list, that's what Fedora and the other distros are doing anyway. Out of curiosity, how can I get a look at a version of BLFS with these changes in? They're not in the nightly snapshots, so I assume they're not in the main branch yet? Simon.
