Check that you've listed them on your mailboxes line, eg.
mailboxes +inbox +blfs-support +whatever
(+ is a shortcut for /home/you/Mail or wherever you've set your mail
path to.)
For mailing lists, you should also have them listed on the 'lists' and
'subscribe' lines (no need for the + with those).
If that doesn't work, then sure, send me your .muttrc (also ls your
~/Mail so I know what mailboxes you should have).
