This is just an error which occurs when you don't have the Group ID 100 (or
unset). Check your /etc/passwd and you may want to look at the book how to
setup default arguments to certain binaries (mentioned earlier in the book,
i think it was II. 3.). You may want to add your default group id to
/etc/default/useradd.
