These are kind of backwater packages and it doesn't bother me too much,
but I was having some issues with the tk headers not being found;
specifically by expect. Expect said it couldn't find any private tk
headers and I got to poking around on some other distro's and EVERY one
I checked put the {generic,unix} directories in
/usr/include/{tcl,tk}-private

Not {tcl,tk}${V}

As soon as I made a symlink tk${V} ---> tk-private, 'Expect' picked them
up right away. I didn't even have to define their location in the
./configure... This is generally directed at anyone who might be having
the same issues but also directed at Randy et. all.. Food for thought.

Also, why do we delete {tk,tkDecls,tkPlatDecls}.h? Same goes for the TCL
equivalents... Again, every distro I checked pushes these back into
/usr/include.... That's what I did finally and I haven't had any
problems with them... Actually, Expect needs to find tk.h but we remove
it. Why is that? O.k... Thanks all.
