Problem solved, thanks a lot. At a start i didnt understood ( flaky timings ) so i googled it, and got this info http://www.hardwareforumz.com/-DDR-Ram-problem-ftopict53051.html After some tries with different settings in bios i got this working settings: memoryhole disabled, unchanged Dramrefreshrate 15,6us , unchanged SDram RAS# to CAS#delay 2 SCLKs , changed from auto SDram RAS# PRecharge 2 SCLKs , changed from auto Dram IDLE timer ( idle clocks ) 0 , changed from auto Booted into lfs 6.0 , got filesystem error system halted , ran fsck twice because all errors wasnt corrected at first fsck. When this was done its all seemed ok but i had lost recently installed packages , zip and libidl had to reinstall them. However firefox compiled for about 45 minutes , errorfree. And started up nicely in xfce, well some errors, i havent set the locales properly :/ .
