I found the blfs-bootscripts-20041227.tar.bz2 in a BLFS packages download mirror, because I was reading the BLFS-6.1 book in PDF format, now I just truned to HTML, so I can follow the link to blfs-bootscripts-6.1.tar.bz2, thanks for your advice. I am not sure if this is another trivial bug, blfs-bootscripts-20041227.tar.bz2 should not appear under folder ".../BLFS/6.1/".
