It seems to be part of gcc. Ignore the '/mnt/lfs' bit
/mnt/lfs/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.4.1/include/float.h
/mnt/lfs/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.4.1/install-tools/include/float.h
