Try type LDFLAGS=-L/usr/X11R6/lib make. Or even defining CFLAGS with
this
options, I think it wont hurt.
I am using BLFS6 and for some reason ld cant see the libs on
/usr/X11R6/lib.
I got this problem with -lGLU a week ago and cant find a proper solution yet.
