Let me know if you plan on doing this and I'll share my experience with you. For me, it's more pain than reward. Along with the iso-codes PyXML nonsense, the mozilla plugin required d-bus for some reason, then didn't work anyway. It has it's moments, though. I might try again with the xine backend instead of gstreamer.
