You'll wish that you had done some of the hard things when they were easier
to do.
Seems this question keep repeating itself..
The quick and dirty solution:
Boot the system with LFS-Live CD
Copy the folders to the correct partitions
Edit fstab to reflect the changes
Edit GRUB's menu.lst to add the new boot partition.
It works fine, but might be a little confusing if it's the first attempt ;)
