Haven't applied any patch. It's not mentioned in the BLFS-SVN book,
and I didn't find any in the patch repository at linuxfromscratch.org.
Can you please point me to this patch?

Heh.. Apologize for my ignorance ;) found it at
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/downloads/nfs-utils/nfs-utils-1.0.7-gcc4-1.patch
Maybe someone should add this to the latest SVN? I'm using SVN-20051021,
and as I said, there's no reference to the patch there.
