It appears some people are (probably unknowingly) checking the mailing
list against dcc. Dcc is for unsolicited bulk mail, but we solicited 
this list so it's hardly appropiate to check it. Besides, the default is
report and check, which could (did) lead to false positives. 

I have tripped over my shoelaces again here and found why. The dcc
whiteclnt file allows you to specify people who shouldn't be checked, 
and offers you any number of ways to specify them (mail_host, ip,
message-id, etc). It apparently only uses one -S option. So all your 
whiteclnt entries have to be under the same section (Passed to dccifd
with -S). If you don't pass a -S option, you have no whitelist :-/

The docs are unclear and the builds are dissimilar, so it's one to 
watch.
