Thank you for your help Alan Lord. ************************************************************************************ I had to recompile firefox-1.0.7 with the configure-option "--enable-ldap" instead of "--disable-ldap". Leaving --disable-ldap out was not enough. ./configure --help doesn't tell you about this :-( OpenOffice2 finished compiling by omitting the configure-option "--enable-openldap". ************************************************************************************ Now that I don't need openldap at all, is the an easy way to uninstall it? (There ist now "make uninstall"!) -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-support FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
