Hi

Perhaps it's not the right list, and thanks to tell me
if i'm wrong.

I'm trying to compile JDK 1.5.0 as explained in the
BLFS book, but on an amd64 system under Linux 64 bits
(built thanks to CLFS). I'm facing some errors in the
code, and I'll try to bypass it with some manual
patch, but before doing this, I wanted to know if
someone has still managed to compile it on such a
system and, if yes, is there still a patch somewhere?
I've searched on the list and on google, but find
nothing interesting applying to that particular
question. However, amd64 is an architecture compatible
with JDK, as some files are relative to it in the
source, and a binary exists.

Thanks by advance for any answer
