Yes, that's something I turned up on my research. Should be harmless though, since my understanding is that those settings match the default. Can't see why it would be harmful though - it just tells the driver that pressing #1 and #2 simultaneously should be treated as a #3, and works fine even if the mouse already has three buttons.
