Those aren't part of the modular distribution, since they're all
separate programs that were distributed with X, rather than being part
of it. Xterm is present in the 'extras' directory on the FTP site - not
sure where the other two come from. Part of Mesa, maybe?

Not sure, but remember that in previous Xorg/Xfree versions, a patched
verson of Mesa was distributed with X, which provided the OpenGL
implementation. I may be wrong, but I think the changes were merged
upstream, and now unpatched Mesa is used - I'm not sure if Xorg provides
it's own libGL anymore.

Can't help on that, sorry - my nVidia card doesn't use DRI...
