Hi again,
Well, I got *just* past "soltools/HIDCompiler" to "soltools/mkdepend" and
here is what I'm getting (not a good sign!):
In file included from /usr/include/_G_config.h:44,
from /usr/include/libio.h:32,
from /usr/include/stdio.h:72,
from def.h:39,
from cppsetup.c:29:
/usr/include/gconv.h:72: error: syntax error before 'size_t'
/usr/include/gconv.h:88: error: syntax error before 'size_t'
/usr/include/gconv.h:97: error: syntax error before 'size_t'
/usr/include/gconv.h:174: error: syntax error before 'size_t'
/usr/include/gconv.h:177: error: syntax error before '}' token
It goes on and on, mentioning stdio.h, libio.h, stdlib.h, and all kinds of
goodness. Have I broken something badly do you suppose, or is OO.o trying
to compile it's own versions of libraries (despite me specifying
--with-system-XXX) and failing?
On that same note, a "build" in soltools/HIDCompiler results in trying to build
soltools/mkdepend and failing the exact same way. I'm totally stumped. I
had this working before under BLFS v(something a year old) but now I'm
just wondering if I should give up and go with KOffice hehe.
cheers!
Martin
